Set in a good location, close to the city but far from the noise. The pool was great. Free shuttle to the airport

Poor choice in breakfast options, for western guests the only breakfast option that appealed to us watch plain sliced bread with jam. As we dont eat fried fish and stir fry for breakfast

Good stopover place in PP

Everything was clean and comfortable. Good pool although it doesn’t get sunlight for long in the day. Can’t walk into the main town but can easily get a tricycle from outside and it only takes 5 mins to all the restaurants and bars in the city centre.

The bathroom was very small. Food was average, breakfast was simple but included.

Comfy beds and selection of channels on tv

Pool was cloudy, breakfast was the worts ive ever seen, arrived at 8:30 and all the food was stone cold been sitting there for a good few hours and selection was poor, everything from the pool to the bathroom, tables where stticky, stains on walls even the water filter machine was really dirty, hadn’t been cleaned in months, really overpriced.

Hotel really nice with excelent service. Bot much further from town centre- but clean air

Room on ground we had floor bath was super small- we average but knees was hiting wall to sit on toilet and shower barely 50cm wide so water everywere

Worth every penny!

We were picked-up by their van at the airport for free. The staffs were all accommodating and always have a smile on their face. Their lobby is very relaxing as there were a lot of plants that gives a cool sensation. Their pool is small, but beautifully portioned in the middle of the hotel.

Their Wi-Fi did not reach our room and whenever I tried using, after a few minutes, it automatically disconnects.

Not very clean :(

When we arrived we found hairs all over the room, dirty floor mat and the shower, sink and shelf were filthy with many stains and hair from previous guests, with a distinct stench of blocked drains coming from the shower. We asked for the room to be cleaned and the cleaner came back and brief brushed the sink with a dry towel and asked if that was ok. We asked for cleaning products so we could clean the room ourselves but were told there were none available. The staff moved us to another room which was better. This is a relatively new hotel which has great potential but the way it is managed could do with review.

„großes Potential mit viel Mängel

Für diesen Preis, kann man nichts sagen. Das Hotel macht online einen ziemlich guten Eindruck, aber die Infrastrukturqualität die auf den Bildern gezeigt wird, ist heutzutage (Jahre nachdem die Bilder geschossen wurden) nicht mehr dieselbe... schade... :-(

Wir mussten leider zwei Mal das Zimmer wechseln, weil der Wasserdruck inexistent war, es Sauberkeitsprobleme gab oder die Lüftung der Nebenzimmer u./o. Wassertankreservoirs auf dem Dach die ganze Nacht lang Lärm gemacht haben... Das Personal bemüht sich, aber in allen drei Zimmern, was das Bad eng, muffig riechend und die Sauberkeit im Allgemeinen mangelhaft... Schade das Potential wäre groß...

Приветливый персонал, Тихо, есть кондиционер, бассейн.

Расположение. Из аэропорта нас не встретили, хотя рекламируют бесплатный трансфер. Очень маленькая ванная комната, сантехника расшатана,душ не удобный, просто лейка сверху, много комаров, пляж далеко и платный, после дождя купаться там невозможно, очень грязно.

Отель произвел приятное впечатление, расположен в тихом месте. В отеле работает отличное кафе, в котором можно вкусно поесть даже поздно вечером. Приятно порадовал завтрак. Можно запросить бесплатный трансфер при заселении/выселении.

Отель расположен вдалеке от центра, рядом нет ни магазинов, ни кафе.

Helpful staff on checkin and throughout the stay and free shuttle to the airport. Wifi worked ok

Room felt dingy, very worn and could have been cleaner, some small stains on bed sheets. Hotel is very isolated so not an option to walk out - its best used as a base for a day trip or to sleep for transit. Breakfast finished by 9am and very basic. We felt for the money we could have found nicer accomodation closer to PP city.

Nothing at all.

Nothing at all. Free shuttle to airport

Bed bugs, we’ve been all bite and staff doesn’t care. We arrive to the hotel, stay there some hours then went to the shopping mall come back took a bath and go to sleep, when we wake up we had red spots all our our body, we told the stuff and they said: “you went out yesterday” “ we clean the room before you check in” and that was all. We ask to clean the pool and they never did it. Really far from everything DON’T stay here!!! Breakfast not good for vegetarian, bread, rice and watermelon... we ask for more fruits and they brought some bananas.
